Do you work with businesses outside of Texas?
Yes. I'm based in Plano, TX but serve clients across the country remotely. Modern bookkeeping is largely cloud-based, so location rarely matters.
What accounting software do you use?
I work exclusively in QuickBooks Online (QBO). If you're on a different platform, we can discuss migrating during your free consultation.
Can you clean up books that are behind?
Yes. Catch-up for past periods is available as a scoped add-on project. We'll scope it and quote it during your free consultation.
Do you also file taxes?
I focus on bookkeeping and accounting. I work with a tax partner to ensure clients are set up for success with minimal disruption at tax time, and I hand off clean year-end books so filing is as smooth as possible.
How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on your account count, transaction volume, and the level of advisory you need. After a short discovery call I'll send you a fixed monthly quote. No hourly billing surprises.
